About Our Catering Service
※For our catering service, Sukiyaki/Shabu-shabu/Hot Pot sets must be ordered at least three days in advance.
When we first launched our service, we only offered ramen delivery. However, thanks to feedback from facility managers, we have expanded our offerings to include catering for sukiyaki, shabu-shabu, and hot pot sets.
For seafood, we source fresh products directly from markets we’ve partnered with, enabling us to deliver high-quality seafood from Sapporo. Regarding wagyu beef, we are committed to promoting local production and consumption by distributing wagyu sourced from Hokkaido.
Purpose
In the Hirafu area, many visitors face difficulties finding meals, particularly in locations slightly removed from the central area where convenience stores and supermarkets are scarce or suffer from shortages. This often results in lower satisfaction among tourists. To address this issue, we expanded our catering services to provide warm meals and offer more people the opportunity to experience Japanese culture and cuisine.
About the Service
Ramen
For ramen, our food truck will arrive at your accommodation at your reserved time. We will cook outside the premises and serve the meals before promptly leaving.
Sukiyaki, Shabu-shabu, and Hot Pot Sets
For these options, we will arrive at your reserved time and use the kitchen and utensils provided at standalone cottage-style accommodations (limited to these types of facilities). We will prepare the meal but will not stay for the duration of the dining experience. Meals will be served in a ready-to-eat state. If you wish to include rice porridge as the finishing dish, an additional fee will apply.
To ensure more people can enjoy our service, the maximum service time is set at one hour. Please note that this service is different from a full-scale catering chef experience, as it focuses on meal preparation rather than the chef’s presence or interaction. We appreciate your understanding in advance.

We will bring our food truck to your accommodation.
Please note: We do not deliver to individual rooms.
Make sure to come downstairs at your reserved time to complete payment and pick up your order.

Catering Flow for Sukiyaki, Shabu-shabu, or Hot Pot on the Day
We will arrive at your accommodation at the reserved time. Please make your payment in advance, excluding alcohol.
Using the kitchen and cooking utensils provided at the facility, we will prepare the menu you have ordered, allowing you to enjoy the essence of Japanese food culture.

Once your meal is ready, we will leave, allowing you to enjoy your dining experience.
For those who wish to end the meal with rice porridge ("shime zosui"), please select this option in advance, and we will stay until the end of your meal to assist.
